How to Join Quantum Rentals

Quantum Rentals is changing the rental game and the way the investors manage their property portfolio. Sometimes, it can feel like it’s easier to stay with your current property manager than taking the steps to switch over to another, optimise your portfolio and save money. The good news is, is that we have made it simple for investors to jump on board:

Step 1:

Let us know that you would like to join Quantum Rentals by speaking with a member of our team. Provide us with your full name, email address and property address.  

Step 2:

Provide notice to your existing property manager. As per your contract, you will have a mandatory notice period (normally 30 days), and you will be required to terminate your agreement by sending an email. For example:

Hi [NAME],

Please be advised that I am terminating property management agreement for my property at [ADDRESS], providing notice effective today. My newly appointed property manager will be in touch in the coming days.

Kind regards,

[YOUR NAME]

Step 3:

You will receive an agreement from us, and once you have signed, we take care of the rest – liaising with your former property management team and getting the whole process kickstarted in a way that is smooth sailing for you and your tenants.
